Wuhan Clever Soar Sunroof System Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in the design, development, manufacture and sales of automotive sunroofs. The company is located in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of ??44 acres in which the plant area is
22,000 square meters with a total investment of 120 million RMB.
There is a R&D center, a production plant, a sales company in Wuhan and other two sales companies in Shanghai and Changsha now. The Chongqing production plant is expected to start production in 2019.
We obtained TS16949 quality system certification in 2012 and 3C product certification in 2013. The number of employees is more than 160, including more than 50 technical staff.
There are three general sunroof production lines and two automatic panoramic sunroof production lines with the ability of producing 5 to 8 kinds of sunroofs like the type of single-piece glass out sliding, bottom load out sliding, bottom load inner sliding, top load out sliding and inner glass fixed with electric sunshade.
The company's test equipment is also continuously improving and expanding. For materials testing and electrical EMC testing, the company cooperates with third-party laboratories accredited by Shanghai, Guangzhou and other countries to conduct testing. The company will complete ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory qualification certification in mid-2019.
